COVID-19 Safety at Our Concerts

Thank You for helping us to focus on everyone’s safety by following our COVID-19 safety measures. We continue to work with our venue and visiting artists, whilst reviewing Government guidelines, to ensure that we can all help each other to stay safe and feel comfortable at our shows.

  • We are continuing to request that all visitors take a Lateral Flow Test as late as possible before attending the event, ideally within the 12 hours before. We trust that everyone shares this mutual responsibility, so we will not usually ask for proof of a negative result.

  • DO NOT ATTEND the show if you have had a positive test result, feel unwell, or have symptoms of Covid-19.

  • Unless you are exempt, we are continuing to request that you wear a face covering at all times whilst in our building – except when you are sitting down to eat or drink - whilst respecting all other attendees, venue staff and volunteers.

  • Our licensed MARs BAR will be open and operating contactless payments. We kindly request that you continue to wear a face covering when moving through or around the bar area - except when you are sitting down to eat or drink.

  • Please wash and sanitise your hands whilst you are with us - hand sanitiser is available as you enter the building.

  • Ventilation - before and after the show and during the interval, we will be opening some of the doors and windows to increase air circulation.

Please note that if Government Covid-19 guidance changes prior to our shows, we will review our safety measures accordingly and post updates via our website, Facebook page and newsletter.

Thank You for your understanding and co-operation - The Village Folk Team
