Village Folk Wins Community Award
Whoo-hoo! We are very excited to announce that we have won an award! Village Folk has been awarded ‘Event of the Year’ for our The Bar-Steward Sons of Val Doonican show, on Saturday 7th March 2020, at Melbourne Assembly Rooms. We were nominated in the local Derbyshire ‘MELs Awards’ in the Arts category, spanning events between 2019 to 2020. All of us at Village Folk are chuffed to bits and we’d just like to say a huge thank you to Scott Doonican, Alan and Björn from the band
